Love this recipe. The vinaigrette is good on a number of things.

Well, to start, I had to improvise a whole lot. I was making this for a dinner party when much to my surprise a huge storm came and knocked out the power - great! Anyway, I couldn't puree the vinaigrette, so I just dredged the fish through the parsley mixture. It actually looked very pretty with the larger pieces of parsley and lemon zest laying on it. (I didn't dredge it in flour We took the bean mixture and the fish to the grill - it turned out absolutely fabulous. No, it wasn't exactly how Giada said to do it, but we had to improvise and it worked. I used all the ingredients she calls for just a little differently. Oh, I used spinach - couldn't find radicchio. Can't wait to try the recipe with the power on! Wonderful flavors. Even my 2 fish hating teenage nephews went for seconds.

This was the first fish dish I have ever prepared-- I never liked fish in the past but am trying it out for the health benefits. It was delicious, not "fishy" at all, though I did use white wine instead of fish broth as the recipe called for. The tilapia had a good firm texture the way Giada cooked it, and it absorbed the acid flavor of the vinaigrette. Great pairing with the creamy beans, too.

great recipe for a quick dinner. the only thing i would change is to add less parsley to the vinaigrette.

I had this last night and wow! great flavor and very easy. I have a son that does not like fish [i made him try a bite] and he said it was good. I had every thing to make the fish and vinaigrette but not the rest so i just made a simple green salad and used the vinaigrette on that too. Fantastico! one of my faves Giada, Thanks.

The radicchio required is way too much for this dish and the overall taste was very bland and no one seemed to enjoy it.
