Awesome dish! Added this one to my "recipe box", it's a keeper. Pasta was great on it's own, I might make this just as a side for another meal. I pan seared the fish, next I will bake to keep the calories down. Great flavor, try it, you won't be sorry!

I am vegetarian, but my husband eats fish, so this worked well for us as an easy way to accommodate both. I had the dish minus the salmon and it was still delicious. Loved the delicate lemon flavor in the pasta and the tang of the capers. For the vegetarian version, I used spring greens and arugula topped with a little lemon juice and black pepper, then topped with the pasta as per the recipe. Fantastic!

Very fresh and delicious. I doubled the garlic and capers and baked the salmon, and it was devune. I also topped with kalamata olives.

True to reviews, this dish is easy to make and very delicious. I went with the wilted spinach and used the salmon pan to give it taste. It was so flavorful and made you want to dig down to the bottom for spinach in every bite! I also sauteed fresh shrimp and added 3 pieces of shrimp to each plate for presentation. I wish I could post a picture. ;(

My guests loved this dish and I will definitely make it again.

Tastes amazing. I am famous for rarely making the same meal twice, but this one I will repeat.

However, next time I will make one modification.... after I take the fish out of the pan I will throw the spinach in there for 5 or 10 seconds and let it wilt ever so slightly. Even though I used baby spinach it was a little too tough and "raw" for the dish.

Otherwise, the meal was delicious, easy, and looked beautiful.

This is a simple, light meal that is so easy to make. I don't do my salmon in a pan to cut down on the fish smell in our house. I wrap each filet in foil and season with lemon, salt and pepper. Close the foil and bake for 20 min at 400. The filets are Bowen 1 - 1-1/2" thick. Perfect every time.

This recipe was amazing! It was my first time cooking salmon and i fell in love with my own dish! I did add two extra garlic cloves to make it a bit spicy and also cooked the spinach. Thanks!
