I went to the farmers market for fresh fish and they were out of Salmon so I substituted Scallops and this dish was absolutely wonderful! It's so easy and simple and the spinach is fabulous! Thank you Gaida! Another hit!

Made this tonight for dinner for myself. My hubby does not care for salmon nor capers, so he made himself cup of noodles instead. But he tasted mine and he liked it alot!!! He ended up finishing my food instead, good thing I made alot for just one person to eat. The only difference I made was I used baby arugula instead of spinach because it's my favorite!!! This is a must try recipe! So easy and simple yet elegant in taste and presentation! And not only that...... IT'S HEALTHY!!!!! Thanks Giada!!

This was delicious and so easy! I hate capers, olives, and anything of the sort so I substituted a little bit of diced pickled jalapenos to make up for the pickly-tang flavor and it was great!!! Also used some leftover chicken I had and it was delish. Cant wait to try it with salmon next time!

I absolutely love this dish! I've made it quite a few times now and it is now a main stay in my house. I make this at least 3 times per month. It's light and flavorful and also great for those w/ diabetes too - a truly balance meal!! Thanks Giada!!

love this recipe, it's healthy, and light and tastes great. Of course being Italian I do add more garlic but other then that, I make it just like what the recipe calls for.

I made this dish last week, it was a great big hit. I didn't change a thing and it turned out great. Another great recipe from Giada. Planned to have again tonight except with roasted chicken.
