I made this dish last week, it was a great big hit. I didn't change a thing and it turned out great. Another great recipe from Giada. Planned to have again tonight except with roasted chicken.

In an effort to try to eat more healthy, I used to try to force whole wheat pasta on my old pasta recipes. Yuch. But this recipe was made for whole wheat pasta. Very good. I made it according to the recipe with only one addition. Because of the season, I added some sauteed asparagus (olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper as a layer of flavor on top of the spinach. It worked. The overall recipe is so simple, that you should feel free to add whatever vegetable is in season and that you like.

I love watching food shows, but am pretty inexperienced in the kitchen. This recipe was easy even for me! I bought pre-cut 4 oz salmon fillets at fresh and easy and 2 minutes on each side, just like Giada said, cooked them perfectly! It was so yummy (and healthy!, I can't wait to make it again!

I still can't stop thinking about this meal since I made it last. It is awesome! The blend of all the flavors and the nutty taste of the whole wheat pasta, which is all I ever use anyway, is outstanding. You must try and you will impress!

Not much I can add that hasn't already been said by others...simple, healthy, budget friendly and oh so yummy! Was even "fancy" enough for dinner guests and they too raved about this dish!
