I love this recipe. I hate whole wheat pasta, so I used semolina, but it was delicious. It's so easy to make and it tastes so good.

Hubby is an irish dude with no affinity toward veggies. I substituted Kale and used Dreamsfield Low Carb Pasta. HE LOVED IT. I love it. We all do. This will become a recipe with which I will impress my dinner guest, next time I have some.

This recipe is wonderful - we were a little dubious, but it is incredibly easy to make and utterly delicious! The pine nuts give that perfect finishing touch --- don't skip them. This is a family favorite.

I halved the recipe thinking that 2 bunches of chard a 2 onions would be too much for my hubby and I...wrong! It wilts down so much that 2 bunches would have been perfect. I used regular spaghetti instead of whole wheat because that's what we prefer. Also added tons more garlic and a tad but more wine. This recipe is very delish, you can't go wrong (and I'm picky!

My wife and I tried this recipe tonight with only a few changes...we mixed a bunch of fresh spinach with a bunch of red swiss chard. We also added an extra can of tomatoes and deleted the olives. This has now become our new favorite dish! It is also so easy and quick to make. We will now stock up on whole wheat angel hair - it was amazing!
