I bought some wild mushroom ravioli at a farmers market and needed a sauce. This one is incredibly easy and tastes great! I used a little less butter and watch the basil - it popped a little when I added it to the butter. Very rich, so don't serve big portions!

This dish was great! I was very scared when I was making it because the sauce just tasted like oil at first and I was wondering how these few ingredients could make a flavorful sauce. The final product was amazing!!

I loved this dish. It reminded me of a dish I had at a very nice resteraunt once. The main difference was they used fresh sage leaves. If you haven't had fried sage, you need to try it. That was the only change I made to the recipe. My husband (who is very picky and my 5 year old son loved it. My son just wanted more of the fried sage leaves. I do agree you could cut down on the butter. The presentation is also very pretty.

I made this recipe for dinner at a friend's home and got rave reviews. Only problem was that I made it there and everyone could see how easy it was to prepare. And the host kept the leftovers!

Although there is a lot of butter my family loved it. Everything in moderation. After all look at Giada.

    Thank You Giada,
