Sooo good! I never had swiss chard so i was nervous about the taste. but there was no need to worry! Made as directed but I had a lemon on hand that was getting old so I squeezed some lemon juice in there and used feta cheese instead of the ricotta. Perfect. This is a side that will pair very well with a chicken dish or steak.

Perfect the way it is! Sooo good! Also good without the ricotta salata which is harder to find for me, but better with it.

I think there was a little too much of a salty flavor for me - I didn't really enjoy the soy in it. It did grow on me with every bite though and I loved the caramelized onions in the salad - it really added a nice flavor.

They didn't have swiss chard at my store, so I bought Kale. This exceeded my expectations. I loved it!!!! My husband liked it, as well. It's my first time trying ricotta salata. I love it!!

Delicious! I added about 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes with the onion and garlic--really added just the right flavor. I had tamari on hand, so I used that and added a few pinches of freshly grated nutmeg. I didn't have the ricotta salata, so I'm looking forward to trying this recipe with the cheese another time. Loved the flavors. This will be my go-to for swiss chard. Thanks Giada!

This is an outstanding side dish! The soy sauce makes it! I might even try making this and then putting it in a thin puff pastry and baking it. Very delicious! Highly recommend making it!

I used spinach instead and only cooked it for 2 min to keep the greens a bit crispy - it was delicious!

I am growing swiss chard in a container (very easy. Did not have the cheese, but it was perfect. Will make often. Looking forward to trying it with the ricotta salata.

A very quick and flavorful way to cook a vegetable I have been wanting to try. The soy, onions, garlic and cheese were
perfect. Swiss chard will now be in my vegetable repetoire!
