This greens recipe has lots of great flavor and is super easy to make. The greens will cook down and makes about 3 or 4 servings.

This was a really delicious way to prepare greens. I love soy sauce and the flavor was really appealing. I coulndn't find any store that carried swiss chard, so I used a bag of spinach, which worked out great. This was a very fast and easy recipe.

Too bad I'm the only one in my house that'll eat greens, because this was delicious. The only chard I could find was red. I probably should've discarded more of the red stems than I did. I did add a little sprinkle of splenda to help with the bitterness of the greens. It was an interesting combination of flavors, with the soy and the ricotta salata, but it worked nicely.

This dish was delicious and according to my husband very easy to prepare. He used two bunches of Swiss chard and 1 bunch of kale since we were feeding 8 people. He added onion powder and a little sugar to take away the bitter taste of the greens. He left out the cheese because we could not find it at the grocery store. Our guests devoured the dish. This is definitely a keeper.
