You are truly a soup expert! I've not yet tasted one of your soup receipes I didn't love. Please keep the soup coming. Not only are these healthy soups, but they taste great! This one definitely goes in my "permanent" recipe file.

This soup is always a hit. The men passed up some fine chili on Superbowl Sunday for this recipe.

I love this soup! I've made it countless times since first discovering it, and it's a regular in my repertoire now. I'm vegetarian, so I use a 32-ounce container of vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and skip the pancetta, and I'm consistently pleased with the full flavors that result. I always use plenty of fresh rosemary, and after making it once without the parmesan rind, would never make that mistake again (romano rind works well, too. I've made it with red and green swiss chard and with spinach, and all versions are great. The soup improves with each reheating (if there's any left, and was great when I made it once with garbanzos instead of cannellinis (though I do prefer the creamy texture of the cannellinis. I don't puree any of it, just a texture preference, but it's great both ways. Healthy, easy, fast, delicious, and full of flavor. This one's a keeper!

I loved this soup!! It was a great way to use up the chard from my garden. I added additional liquid when reheating the soup a few days later - it had thickened a bit much. This is truly one of my very favorites!!

This is real soul food. A thick hearty stew, with all the tastes of the country; and it's better the second day. Grab a nice piece of Italian bread, a big soup spoon, and dig in.

This was a very easy and satisfying soup. I served it with a home-baked crusty bread and salad for a weeknight dinner and it was quite well received.

Easy to make, available ingredients, quick, delicious. Great on a cold night. I ladled in over a garlic crouton and topped it with a sprinkling of Parmesan. I did add a little hot pepper flakes. Definitely a keeper.
