I loved this flatbread!!! It was so delicious and the flavors all complimented each other really well! I didn't use the olives and I think it was much better that way. Overall it was an amazing pizza and i make it all the time!

Absolutely delicious. It was incredibly easy to make. I baked it on a pizza stone, and although the crust was very crispy, I wouldn't call it a "flatbread", I would definitely call it a pizza. I probably wouldn't even call it a thin-crust pizza. It doesn't matter, my whole family loved it. I made no changes to the recipe. It was perfect just as written. My only advice is to make sure you slice the zucchini thin enough to get enough slices to spread over your entire pie.

I have made this so many times, even used it as an appetizer for a wedding shower and always get compliments.

I made this for a finger food party and it went so fast I should have made two! Will definitely be making this again for future get-togethers.

for dinner along with some roasted chicken. It was pretty good. Next time I think I might make my own pizza dough instead of using store bought Pillsbury brand pizza crust. If you aren't crazy about zucchini, I suggest using only 1/4-1/2 cup instead of 8 oz.

I folled this recipe to a tee but I didn''t think it was very tastefull. yes it's a good way for kids to eat vegetables but I think it would of been tastier like one other reviewer said to add sundried tomatoes or maybe use a different kind of cheeses.Maybe I will try again.

This was so simple to make and was very good! We make pizza once a week at our house and this one is a keeper. I made it with whole wheat pizza dough to make it more healthy and it was great!

After watching Giada make this on TV, I wanted to make this for my family on the 4th. They all loved it and wanted the recipe. I should of made 2 because it went so fast. i plan to make it a staple when I have guests and serve appetizers.

This is a very yummy way to eat my zucchini. I also appreciate the mention of adding sundried tomatoes. That made it extra special. Easy and Yummy!
