Great dish! The aioli is divine. Even with jarred oysters (we live in the middle of nowhere, it tasted wonderful, and the breading was perfect.

I followed the whole recipet, except for the yucca chips part (I just used thin pita chips. The habanero honey aioli turned out perfect and we used the leftover sauce as dip with chips. So sad that they no longer service this signature dish at Jeffrey's anymore!

I have eaten this dish many times at Jeffries in Austin and Alma has provided the complete an authentic recipe with clear concise instructions.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking and eating and they plated perfectly too.
