Fantastic!! I am from Spain and I love Iberian Ham. Here in USA is very dificult to find it but I do it in mariscoiberico.es/iberian-ham directly from Spain, best quality and at the same price that you pay in Spain!! Wonderfull"

Had to make this after having one at the Bouchon's in Napa...it was absolutely decadent -- such a "grown up" way to eat a grilled ham & cheese sandwich.

Good, worth every second in creating it. If I could make love to a sandwich, this would be the one.

I bought the Bouchon cookbook after a trip to Bouchon in Napa Valley. This was one of the first recipes I made. The sandwiches are absolutely divine. I recently purchased a panini grill (sorry Alton and wanted to make these. My book is in storage as we are transitioning to a new place to live so I was so excited to find this recipe on Food Network. Thank you so much for including this!
