I doubled the recipe and added one extra banana (one half extra to each batch and baked a bit longer than the recipe called for - about 1hr and 5-10 minutes...I left out the walnuts since I was making for a school function. It was so delicious - this is my new banana bread recipe!

This is my go-to recipe when I have left over bananas on their way out.. I use vanilla yogurt instead of creme fraise, and it comes out very moist. Don't forget to sprinkle the top with sugar so you can get that crunchy topping! Must Try!

So delicious! I split the batter in half and added blueberries to one half and chocolate chips to the other. Both turned out really yummy! However, it seemed hard to get it baked just right. It wanted to burn on the outside and stay runny on the inside. I really had to babysit it. (though this might be my fault for adding stuff that wasn't in the recipe But delicious banana bread!!! Really moist! I'll definitely try this one again!

This is the best banana bread I've ever made! It cooks all the way through without burning or over-browning on the sides!

Best ever!! I used whole wheat flour, pure cane sugar, and extra vanilla! This taste exactly like my favorite banana bread from a bakery in Antigua Guatemala! I tasted this bread and felt like I was walking down their cobblestone streets. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER RECIPE!

Wonderfully sweet and perfect texture. I think beating the eggs and sugar created a light bread

I love this recipe. It is always so moist and delicious. I use the Greek yogurt and added a bit of nutmeg.

Best Banana Bread Ever! I've tried so many recipes and this is hands down the best. Sometimes I add mini chocolate chips and make mini muffins. So good!
