Great recipe! Here is the deal folks - this recipe makes enough for ONE 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan HOWEVER you need to check the size of your loaf pan. To determine the pan's dimensions always measure inside edge to inside edge of the pan so that you do not include the thickness of the pan in your measurement. Here is some help:
PAN SIZE CAPACITY
8 x 4 x 2 1/2 in. 4 cups
8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 6 cups
9 x 5 x 3 8 cups

Loved it! Didn't use the nuts only because none in stock. Wonderful recipe, best I've had yet. My family devoured it!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I added 4 extremely ripe bananas instead of 3 1/2 and a bit more cinnamon and it was very very moist! It made a loaf pan and 12 muffins which I added coconut to the muffins and its incredible! I will definately make this recipe again!

I am a big fan of banana-anything, but I've never made it banana bread or muffin. So I gave this recipe a try, and BAM! It turn out great!
Now I'll spend less money buying banana bread slices!
It was delicious, came out great, so moist. I used apple sauce instead of oil, and cream cheese instead of sour cream (not a big fan of any of those ingredients
Thanks for the recipe!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

We loved it. Easy to make and it tastes great, very moist and dense. Good with chocolate chips added too!

I followed this recipe to the letter except I added milk chocolate chips and left out the nuts because I didn't have any on hand. Absolutely delicious, moist and perfect! Dust w/ powdered sugar and watch it DISAPPEAR!!!!

I was looking for a banana bread recipe using sour cream. This was the best. Moist inside with the hint of cinnamon. Toasting the nuts really added something...I used pecans instead of walnuts and they tasted very "praline like".
