This recipe is wonderful. The 10 minutes of whisking was absolutely worth it. Best banana bread I've ever made. I did make one alteration - instead of mixing in the nuts, I sprinkled a layer of nuts on top and sprinkled some cinnamon sugar on top of those. Soooo yummy!!!!!

OK I just put my 2 in the oven and I'm thinking it should have only been one and it will be the size a brownie when served.

    Help!!!!

Even this batter is fantastic! I made this for my co-workers and friends and everyone thought it was great.

This is absolutely hands down the best banana bread I have ever eaten and it looks great as well.

    Would definitely recommend.

I made just as is, used sour cream and put cinnamon in flour to dust edge of pan just as the other reviewer, my fellow employees ate it up quickly. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us.
    Very enjoyable!!

Well worth the hand whisking for 10 min! I'll be making this one over and over again!

I tried this recipe last night and took it to work this morning...within 20 minutes it had disappeared. It is so icredibly moist and the taste is out of this world. Sooo good!

This recipe was a hit!!! The bread turned our moist and heavy...so yum! I modified it a bit.... added 3/4 of a package of banana pudding, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and 3/4 cup of crisco butter shortening. I took someone's advice and greased my pans and then "floured" them with cinnamon sugar on sides of pan. I also used small loaf pans...(5 of them and cooked at 350 for about 33 minutes.... it's all gone already and I will probaly make some more tomorrow!!! This is my new favorite recipe!!!
