This is my first review on food network and I must say that this Banana Bread was very moist and Delicious that I had to write a review. I'd like to note that I doubled the recipe to make 2 loaves. I used 2 tbs of plain yogurt because I did not have sour cream, and I used 5 Bananas because that's what I had available. And I must say that it turned out Yummy and Moist. This is definitely going to be my Banana Bread recipe from now on. P.S. My Husband agreed that it was the Best Banana Bread that I've made. Thank you for sharing this recipe :

As everyone else, this is the best banana bread, ever. I make my own creme fraiche, (easy and cheap. The only changes I have made is to add choc chips, but I am going to try applesauce. All my other recipes for banana have gone through the shredder!

PERFECTION! Lighter than the standard Banana Bread recipe, easy to understand directions and common ingredients. Will substitute applesauce for the oil next time to lighten up the calories and appease my health conscious friends. The kind of recipe you don't mind passing along!

Just made this recipe based on the reviews and it is great. My kids love it too. I did add a little brown sugar to it. I would definitely make this again.

This is the best banana bread I have ever made, and I have made many! It is a homerun, and was gone in one day at my household. It has the best flavor, is very moist, and an absolutely hit at my house. My favorite banana bread is from Starbucks...especially when it's so fresh and moist it almost seems wet...this is the closest I have ever come to enjoying a piece as much. I think it is the oil, and sour cream that really make it moist, and give it that little extra something that make your taste buds sing. Love this, it is a keeper!

I've tried a out a lot of banana bread recipes and this by far is the best! I added a bit more vanilla and crushed pecans - absolutely delicious!
