I have been looking a good banana bread recipe for a very long time and I have now found the perfect one! This recipe is perfect! Not dry at all, full of flavor and easy to make. I cannot eat nuts so I use 2/3 cup of chocolate chips and I love it!!

I had a few banana's that were too ripe to eat, so I tried this recipe..This is my new go to recipe for banana bread. I followed the recipe exactly and it was fantastic. The bread was light, delicious, and had a great banana flavor without being over powering. This will be made again soon!

Delicious!!! I will be making this often. It was a hit with my husband and teens...and me: There is a tropical storm off our coast which brought lots of flooding so to avoid being on the road I had to make some substitutions. In the end it was all good and I still had yummilicious results. Not having all purpose flour I substituted self-rising flour and omitted the salt and baking soda. Almonds subbed for walnuts very successfully. I also followed the advice of other reviewers by reducing the oil to 1/3 cup and divided the batter into three mini loaves to reduce baking time to 45 min in a convection oven. Loved it!

This was the BEST Banana Bread! Oh YUM. I made it into 24 cupcake size muffins. I cooked it at 350 for 20 minutes and well...they didn't last 24 HOURS. I cannot wait to make them again...maybe tomorrow...ha ha. I used a stand mixer and beat the eggs and sugar on the highest setting for the 10 minutes. Came out so smooth. Didn't use the walnuts...preference.

This bread was a disaster. I thought the filling was to high when I first put it in, but I decided to follow the directions. I baked it longer than the said time, left it in the oven, tried everything. It was totallly raw, couldn't even cut one piece. How disappointing.

Easy and tasty. Stop looking for the perfect recipe, this is the one you'll write into your personal cookbook Add some semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter. Yummy!
