Excellant recipe. Very easy to make. I made my own crust the first time and it was very good. The second time my I purchased a pre-made graham cracker crust. I will stick to making my own crust in the future.

Wows family and friends every time I make it. Best if made entirely from scratch - don't skip any steps. As with most things in life, the extra work is worth it.

This is a recipe from one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. I make these in mini-muffin size and bring to parties and they never last long. (I do decrease the cooking time. I'm making these for a Christmas party tomorrow and plan to top with whipped cream and place a single pomegranate seed on top to look festive.

I LOVE Key Lime pie, this is the first one I have made. I used real Key Limes, although tedious worth the effort. I also made the crust as directed, again worth the effort. We all just loved, loved it, very tart just like we wanted. Simple to make also. I used the 3 egg whites to make a meringue so as not to waste them. This is now one of my favorites!!

My beautiful daughter made this for my birthday. As a long time Key Lime pie LOVER... this wonderful pie made my day! I was so proud and impressed by my 11 year old!!!! Great recipe!!!!

This is my very first attempt making a Key Lime Pie, I was very precise with the ingredients, Wow!!! what a great pie it turned out to be.
I would recommend this recipe for anyone that has never baked before.

This key lime pie is AMAZING!!!!! It is my "go to" dessert recipe. Big trick: beat the egg yolks like crazy. Beat them, and then beat them some more. I made this for a girl friend of mine from Memphis and she had never had a key lime so light before. Everyone I make it for raves about this pie!
