My daughter has made this twice already and it's always a hit. This is one of my favorite appetizers. I read some of the other suggestions and they sound delish as well.

Used blueberries as we are serving it for Blue Moon Party. Don't have plank, put foil on broiler pan and heated under broiler and served it on same pan. it went over so well, I'll make another larger one and use mixed berfries as another lady suggested.

so good! perfect for summer! i put it in the oven for 350 for about 150-20 minutes! and i also topped it with chopped walnuts but i bet pistachios would also be good!! and served with water crackers... perfect light pairing!

Awesome! I made 2 and they where devoured in minutes. Everyone stayed right at the counter and ate until they were all gone. A great taste of sweet and tangy. You have to use crakers/bread without seasonings so they don't take away from the wonderful flavors. I might try it with a seedless raspberry jam. There's nothing worse than having seeds all in your teeth at a gathering.

This recipe worked extraordinarily well for me. I didn't have the red wine vinegar on hand so I tossed in a cap full of regular vinegar for good measure and everything else was by the book. Turned out great! Cannot wait to try this one again and serve it at the next party!

I'd give this a 4.5. However, I made some changes. I am in the process of moving and didn't have a grill so I broiled the brie in a dish. I added about 1/3 cup of raspberry liquor (champord which was wonderful and I will repeat this next time. If you try this, it will take a little longer for the sauce to reduce. I also ran out of light brown sugar and used a brown sugar substitute thing made with splenda. All in all, it was delicious and I will try it again on the grill after the move and comment again. Definitely a nice spin on brie.
I also tried adding a hint of fresh basil leaves on top and it was even more amazing. I served them on reduced fat triscuits. The basil added a whole new layer of depth and was delicious! With the basil I'd give this 5 stars.

Fantastic, easy, and a sophisticated yet casual appetizer for a BBQ. My girlfriend made this before we broke out a salad, potatoes, ribs, corn, and pie. The brie was the hit of the night.

Very easy and very good. First time had to use a grill pan because I didn't have a grill and it turned out wonderful. I have made it on the grill as well and it was good as well. A party hit and always nothing left.
