This was a yummy (and healthier change from regular potato salad. I was generous with the spices, and also added a pinch of cayenne. Very pretty and very tasty! I will definitely be making it again.

Like other people have commented, this was very bland and not worth the effort. Skip this recipe.

First, to those who feel it necessary to make personal comments regarding Pat & Gina. To quote my mom, if you can't say anything nice-then don't say it. We are here to rate and review receipes, not say nasty things about any one.

Second, this was such a gigantic hit at our Memorial Day Picnic I had to make many copies on my computer. One thing I did a little different...since I doubled the receipe, I ran out of mayo so I replaced half (1/3 cup with Miracle Whip salad dressing which gave it a little more of a kick.

One suggestion, if you make it early and leave it sit make more dressing because it will dry out.

Pat and Gina - you guys and your receipes ROCK!

I made this tonight for dinner. It was delicious. It was nice to have a potato salad that wasn't the same old thing. A couple of the kids liked it too.... I will definitely make this again!!

Just tried it. I made my own adjustments as I never seem to follow directions unless I am baking. I LOVE IT! Everything I try of Pat and Gina's is good. I also enjoy looking at them and they way they interact with each other.

Unfortunately, my husband and I tried this recipe After tasteing it, we started trying to make it better. After adding some other ingredents, it got better but nothing I would serve to guests, or ever eat again.

They give the measurements in tea. and T. but them heap the ingredients on the spoon. Everyone knows recipes are written in level measuring spoons. Gina said 2 T. OJ, and then proceeded to POUR in atleast 1/3 cup. Yep, I watched the DVR several times. There is no way to reproduce the recipes to know how they are suppose to taste. So disappointing.
