Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans
- 1/4 ginger, chopped
- 2 tsp. black sesame seeds
Dressing:
- 1 tsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. umeboshi plum vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. flax oil
Directions
Blanch the beans in salted water for five minutes until they're bright green. Toss in sesame seeds, ginger and dressing and serve.
