Not a fan. I felt the taste of lemon was overpowering. I didn't even use that much, as the lemon I used was semi dry. The soup base had no texture, no flavor except the lemon. The only good thing was the mushrooms.

I found the taste of this soup to be overwhelmed by the ginger. I couldn't really taste the butternut squash. If you make this soup, use less ginger!

The only thing I liked about this recipe was the mushrooms. Other than that, the soup base had no texture and flat, unexciting flavor. What a shame, since the recipe is so healthy.

Great recipe! This has no cream and the flavor rocks!
