- 9 cups water
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (about 20 limes)
- 2 cups superfine sugar
- 10 thin slices fresh ginger, peeled
In a pitcher, whisk together all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Let steep at least 1 hour to bring out the ginger flavor. Serve over ice.
