Ginger Limeade

Ingredients
  • 9 cups water
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (about 20 limes)
  • 2 cups superfine sugar
  • 10 thin slices fresh ginger, peeled
Directions

In a pitcher, whisk together all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Let steep at least 1 hour to bring out the ginger flavor. Serve over ice.
