    I followed the pancake recipe as faithfully as possible, and it was just as described.

    We have a surplus of plums just now, because our tree ripens all at once. A simple plum syrup went beautifully with these pancakes.

    These pancakes were awesome!!! I did take another reader's advice and added more flour, I actually added between 1/4 - 1/2cup more...it was VERY runny and the first few pancakes were a mess. The flavor was awesome though. I didn't have peaches so I substituted pears and it was really good! Will def. be making this for family!

    Very flavorful and very simple to make. I added about 1/4 cup additional flour to stiffen batter and doubled the delicious peach topping. I did not have lemon juice on hand for the topping, but, did not miss it at all!!!
