These are VERY easy to make, and are great with coffee. I cook them for about 2 minutes longer and they come out great!

They're spicy and sweet, and they look beautiful on a platter. I made them for the first time last week and they were a big hit with my family. I'll be making another batch soon!

These taste just like the ginger cookies I remember my grandma making when I was little. Very easy to make, and tasty!

A great cookie with a hot cup of tea. A wonderful way to spend a rainy afternoon. The smell of them cooking starts your mouth watering. Easy to make and they stay soft. We loved them.

This recipe was my first attempt at baking, and won me the confidence to continue.

Delicious and Moist! These cookies turned out amazing. My recommendation after mixing all ingredients- leave the mixture in your freezer for 25+ minutes instead of the 15 it calls for. The dough is easier to roll when it is completely chilled.

Excellent taste but were chewy rather than crisp.

Easy to make and last for weeks properly stored! Made them for a wedding two weeks ahead of time and received rave reviews.

These cookies are super easy to make. They last well in a container. And the have a different but wonderful flavor. Great with vanilla ice cream.
