    This is fantastic and so easy! Try it on chicken or pork chops and it is just as good. I've even done this on chicken skewers as a party appetizer. Divine!

    Fish was very tender & moist but too salty, even without adding salt. Low sodium soy sauce may be a good choice for this one. I'd try it again with changes.
