My husband and I saw Guy make these today and I had all the ingredients since I am always ready to bake during the holidays, so we gave them a shot. These were PACKED with flavor. This show is a repeat and I can't believe only one other person has tried this (and not until today. A very flavorful cookie - we tried warm out of the oven - YUMO!!!!!!!! Tonight we are going to try an ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream! Thanks Guy!

These are great with the vanilla ice cream or by themselves. They are a terrific snack to go to for the holidays. They taste just like the gingersnap cookies I grew up eating. Thanks guy for these fantastic and delicious cookies.
