I had a ham that was roughly twice the size in the recipe, so I doubled the glaze recipe and, God forgive me, I added a couple of extra dashes of just plain ground cloves into the glaze recipe. I love cloves so much. Anyway, it was the best ham I've ever eaten! My family loved it and just ate it up! I'll definitely make this again! really tasty!

This is one of my favorite glazes - easy to do - and take one more step out of this - just put the mustard directly on your meat and pack brown sugar into/onto the mustard...leaving out the spice or sprinkle on... It's the best! :
