I have been looking for a great goat cheesecake recipe for about 1 year and haven't found exactly what I was looking for yet. This recipe came out much more like a light lemon sponge cake even and those in my family that didn't like goat cheese or cheese cake loved it. For me, it wasn't creamy enough to be a cheese cake or tangy enough to be called goat cheese cake (I would add less sugar next time like the other review states but having said that it was absolutely delicious and my family will be asking for it again. The lemon adds a nice twist and works so well with the peaches and blueberries.

This is the best dessert I have ever made and keeps getting better as I remake it. I have used 1/2 the sugar, (a combination of splenda/sugaras I enjoy the slightly tart/sweet combo. It is extremly light and with its low flour content I can make it as a low carb dessert or for my diabetic friends and not feel guilty eating dessert. The combination of peaches and blueberries to top it off works well with its flavor. My compliments to Emily Luchetti from Farallon Restaurant, who created this recipe, its a winner!
