These wings are better than any you've ever had. Fall off the bone tender. Absolutely the best!

Very good and easy to make. Because the sauce is added last, customizing is easy. I make most of a batch spicy, and some milder for young children.

I have been making these wings for the last 3 years, they are always a hit!!!! Sometimes after I toss them in the sauce I will put them on the bbq for about 10 minutes to crisp!! Also, I will add some duck sauce to give a little sweet flavor to the hot suace. Alton, this by far is the easiest recipe ever and has saved me many summer days!!!

Wow. This was such an easy recipe. I happened to tune in to Alton a few days ago and heard him speaking of bar food. I tried this recipe right away and was amazed. My wings were nice and crispy with no oil needed and no smoke at all. I skipped the cooling process, but the wings were still great.

Nothing can replace the oil of frying to help bind the hot sauce to the chicken. I tried this and was very disappointed. The wings had that "baked" chicken wing texture and flavor. If you a super concerned about "healthy" eating and want to save the cost of oil then these are alright, but nothing beats frying. Like so many other AB recipes, it over complicates an easy dish with inferior results. I did not hate it, but I won’t do it again. eating, then these are alright, but nothing beats frying.

Perfect technique makes this recipe 5 stars. It seemed like a hassle to do all the steps....sleaming the wings, refrigerating the wings and then baking them, but it really was not a hassle at all. I followed the recipe to a tee, and the cooking times were right on. I served these to guests with several other appetizers and the wings were the first dish devoured. Alton Brown has the best techniques!

I think this receipe was great, the wings were not dry at all, the only thing is they were not hot enough. So, what I did was had more hot sauce and threw them back in for a couple minute and let it bake into the wings a little more.. Yummy...
