I made these for the Super Bowl and it also was my first attempt to make buffalo wings. It was so easy to make and everyone really enjoyed them. (not one wing left The steaming seams to be the trick to keep the wings juicy. I will make this again!, delicious!

We used the included recipe as a base...added a few ingredients that our family likes, and the wings came out just great. My wife loved them and couldn't stop talking about how tasty they were. We will definitely add these wings to the snack / meal rotation, and continue to improve on the recipe.

very crispy and yummy, used frank's hot sauce and lessened the butter a bit.

These were great! I have tried numerous times to get crispy wings in the oven and have never succeeded. These came out perfect. The sauce made a mild wing, which was good for my husband and I, but if you like your wings spicy you should tweak the recipe some. I will be making my wings this way from now on!

They were good, but just felt like a lot of work for okay wings. My husband did enjoy them so that's good considering the time invested. My typical go to for wings is broiling, getting them crispy and coating in Frank's and butter. I'll probably go back to that in the future.

Thought these were quite good. I used Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce, which is tasty, but next time I'm going to add some more heat - I grew up in Colorado and lived in Arizona for a number of years, what most people consider "hot" I think is medium or mild!

This recipe is a HUGE hit with my family and friends! Chicken stays tender and skin gets crispy. I never need to deep fry a wing again. I sometimes skip the butter (or half it to cut some more calories and fat and it's still amazing. Made them tonight for the Superbowl and the husband couldn't be any happier!

Terrific. We used Frank's sauce and also threw on the grill for a bit to crisp them up.
