This was a quick, easy switch up for something different with broccoli. It is in the keeper box.

Are you kidding me? This broccoli is foolproof and excellent. New family favorite! Five stars, period.

Love this. Instead of bread crumbs, I tossed some pine nuts in. Yummy.

Good basic side. I like my broccoli a little more done so roasted it another few minutes. Still pretty al dente at 7 minutes, as others have noted.

This is my go-to recipe for broccoli - I'm a sucker for the panko bread-crumb crunch.

Nice combination of ingredients. I have a a method for when you are in a hurry. Just chuck the broccoli in the microwave for around 5 minutes, then combine all in oven for 15-20 minutes at a sensible temperature, putting the breadcrumbs and cheese at the top. Btw, Double awesome when mixed with cauliflower!

If, like most people, you don't know what panko is, get the toast that someone left behind and chuck it in the blender. Old bread? Toast it, let it dry out and blend it.

I was thinking that this would be great when just ready to add to a pasta or potato bake?

This was so super easy & super tasty. I did use a glass baking pan, so I guess that's why I had to cook it for almost 8 minutes before it browned.

I followed the recipe as written and was very disappointed that it was dry without much flavor, I even used italian bread crumbs. Seems like it could have used a little more oil. The texture of the broccoli was spot on.
