Was great with bread crumbs too since I did not have panko on hand

This isn't bad tasting. It was a little too dry for me.

Sure, it was easy, but I think plainly cooked broccoli tastes better. Just add a little olive oil or butter, some spices and save yourself the trouble.

This dish was very easy to prepare and tasted pretty good....not great. A added shallots, but still felt it was lacking some flavor. Veggies were a bit dry...but I had to cook it 30 minutes for the broccoli to get tender. I think I will cover it next time to preserve moistness and reduce cooking time.

I wasn't so sure until I sat down with a bowl of this tasty dish. I also added a few red pepper flakes for fun and it was delicious! I almost ate the portion I wanted to save for my lunch tomorrow. This recipe is super easy and a great way to use up some of the big bag of panko crumbs in your pantry! Thank you!

Very good; eat soon after coming out of the oven. I added some crushed red pepper for a kick. That is how I roll :

A healthy & easy way to enjoy a side dish. I serve this with beef stroganoff with a side salad to cut the salt. This is goooooood! :
