I do not like broccoli in general. I LOVE this recipe. I've wanted to eat more broccoli more often and this recipe helped a lot. I now have a good start for future experiments.

    Thank you Mr. Brown!

Awesome recipe. We eat broccoli all the time, so this was a tasty change of pace, and simpler than some of the other recipes of its type. Also try it with cauliflower.

Delicious. I didn't have Panko so I ground 1 slice of whole wheat bread and toasted that. It was delicious! Even my 5-year old loved it, and he doesn't usually eat broccoli

this is very versitile. my first try at this i didn't have enough broccoli so i used half broccoli and half asparagus and it was absolutly lovely. Ive done all aspargus and added a dash of red pepper flakes to give it a kick as well. the bread crumbs dont adhere to the veg but thats okay.

This is now my healthy comfort food (perfect for a hot snack, in addition to being a great side dish. I agree that the panko doesn't seem to stick very well, but the texture difference (and fresh parm really amps up the broccoli. I may try another panko brand once I run out, that may make a difference.

I found the crumbs didn't stick to the broccoli that well, I might throw in an egg next time to help with that. I will definitely make this again, the crispy taste made me go back for seconds!

I made this yesterday. What and easy and delicious side dish! It has the crunch of the Panko, the cheesy Parmesan, the tang of the garlic and the wonderful broccoli flavor. This one's going to be a regular!
