This is a very delicious way to enjoy broccoli, I love broccoli and I love garlic and together they are fantastic! The panko is wonderful in this dish when it's fresh, and leftovers are still good but the panko is a bit soggy when reheated.

Deeeelicious!! I wanted to make the roasted broccoli to go in a pasta with a cream sauce, so I left out the panko, but kept everything else. It was so delicious and gave the broccoli a unique and distinctive flavor, I will DEFINITELY make this again and again!

This was scrumptious!!! I found it to be a lot better than steaming or bouiling which does not give the broccoli any flavor. This recipe gives it a lot of flavor and your getting ur serving of vegetables at the same time. I did not use the cheese (Hence, 4stars because I did not think melted cheese will be good for leftovers. Very quick and easy!!! Definitely, will be made for weeknight dinners!

Made this the first time for company and warned them it was an expirament. Everyone loved it and went home w/the recipe. Husband thought it could've been cooked a bit longer but everyone else thought it was perfect. Easy, tasty, healthy. Oh, had no panko so used regular toasted breadcrumbs. Delish. Will try it w/ panko next time. Loved it.

I found this recipe when just searching for the temperature and time it takes to roast broccoli, and I thought, "I'll try it, but how good can broccoli be?" I mean, I like broccoli fine... it's in my Veggie Top 10, but broccoli's broccoli. Well... heh.... I actually just binged on broccoli. I'm in the strictest phase of Atkins right now, so I skipped the Panko, and actually ate my carb allotment worth of broccoli standing at the oven and before even adding the parmesan. Oh well, it was obviously plenty tasty! Yum!!!

Quick, easy & tasty! Watch the Panko while it's in the oven, it didn't even take 2 minutes for it to brown.

I love this recipe! I make it all the time when we have friends over and it is a hit! I've had to cook it about 5 minutes longer than Alton suggests. It is amazing! Great flavor, super easy and works well with any meat!

Made this last night as part of our annual BFF Christmas Dinner. Everyone asked for the recipe, which is always a good sign!
