This is the best Alton Brown Recipe yet. It wasn't dry or tasteles. If anything I probably cut down on the salt a little and add a little bit of ham. YUM.

I had extra corn from the market so I substituted 4 cooked ears for the canned corn. Dunked it in chili - my husband can't stop talking about how good it was!

Another Alton fail-safe. I made it this past thanksgiving along with his famous bird. My Alton themed menu was delicious!

I wasn't sure if this was a pudding or dressing, but made it for Thanksgiving dinner, and WOW!! I'll never make traditional dressing again! Everyone loved it, and I couldn't stop eating it....next time I'll make 2, one for leftovers!!

I make this recipe for every holiday and get together with my friends and family. I have to make at least a double batch so that everyone can have some and take some home for left overs, they just can't seem to get enough of this one.

I dont know if I would replace traditional stuffing with it, but I would surely enter it into the rotation.

I try to make this every year. When I make it for office holiday potlucks, people hunt me down for the recipe.
