I made this last holiday season for my family twice and everyone just loved it...it is now going to be one of our traditions. The second time I made it I added a can of whole corn and that made it even better. No leftovers!

We love this recipe, and have even played with it a bit to turn it into a meal all by itself. Just add a meat and you have a meal, it stands alone. Works well with ham, you can sweeten it up a bit. Can't wait to take this recipe camping.

first time made, served Thanksgiving and the family loved itm We have never served cornbread stuffing before ( Northern bread stuffing for this family and now we know Southern stuffing is pretty good too.
It was easy to make, great flavor, and was a very different color on our table.
I had trouble with it sticking but I toughed it out and noone noticed any cracks.

My first attempt at this recipe I actually multiplied it by 10 to serve 50 people for a special church Christmas Dinner. It was a big success, everyone really liked it. It has a wonderful taste and texture to it!

I made this to serve the day before Thanksgiving for my sister and Mom as we prepped the holiday meal. It was very easy and delicious and made a great lunch with a little salad.

This would have been far superior without the bread cubes. Bleck.
