This is the second year that I have made this dipping sauce with a few minor changes. I add 2-12oz bags of cranberries. 4 Tbs. of brown sugar; 4 Tbs of maple syrup and let the mixture slowly reduce. I don't add the grated orange rind till the end. I stir the mixture well and pour the mixture through a fine sieve into hot pint jars. Process for 10 minutes and end up with 3-4 pints of exceptionally good dipping sauce for turkey, chicken, duck, etc. for months to come. This is a great offering at the dinner table along side the standard cranberry relish! Thanks Mr. Brown for yet another 5 star concoction!!!

I cut this receipe in 1/4 and it still came out great. Even the 6 year olds who only wanted gravy loved it.

Best Cranberry sauce I've ever had, and I don't like cranberries, yet I ate all that I made cause it was soo good! The day after Thanksiving I put it in a drink with ginger ale and it was a great refreshing twist.
