I served this with the Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi for Christmas dinner and it was tasty. A favorite for sandwiches too.

If you like cranberries even a little, you'll LOVE this. Perfect for that not so juicy breast meat of some (overcooked turkeys!!

I loved this as did my Mom. My in-laws have always had the stuff stright from the can, ick! This is a keeper for me and next year I will just let them bring their own and a can opener. This would be great cold over vanilla ice cream or a plain pound cake as well.

    Alton has done it again!!!

Excellant,Great Cranberry sauce. I like it better using apple cider instead of orange juice. Both are wounderful, Tart but not to tart. Made turkey sandwhich for snacks cut the sandwhich in half and spooned in the cranberry sauce in-between the halves, watched the guys dipping the sandwhichs in the sauce as they ate. Was very different and added that just right taste.

I used to hate, and I mean HATE, the traditional cranberry sauce (those ridges from the can. My wife and I were watching Good Eats (yes, the best show on television and this recipe came on and during some sad, self-hating moment I decided to make it last Thanksgiving. I couldn't eat enough of this stuff! I put it on everything.
It has become a Thanksgiving tradition in our house (and a Christmas tradition, an Easter tradition, any time we eat turkey or anything else tradition.
It truly is, yep you guessed it, Good Eats.
