I made these to take to my sister-in-laws on New Year's Eve and they were all eaten quickly. I do think, though that they were a little bland going directly off the recipe. I think next time I will experiment with some different seasonings.

This recipe only took minutes to make! The eggs are so versatile, they're great as appetizers, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I used a thick cut bacon, which I think made them taste even better.
