I made this baker with fresh steamed squash from a neighbors garden and smothered it with the cheese sauce (episode CE1A20 that is supposed to go with brussels. The whole family LOVED it! Thanks Food Network for another fab recipe. (No, I don't want to know how many calories that was!

I don't know why I had never thought to serve cheese sauce with brussel sprouts. I put cheese on cabbage so it stand to reason that brussel sprouts would be delicious as well.
My family devoured this dish. Thanks

this side dish was ok. My family thought the suace would be better on broccoli, but they did eat the brussels sprouts.

This was a nice addition to the usual T-Day menu. It was easy to make. We made it the day before, refrigerated it, and then popped it in the oven for 20 minutes before we ate dinner. We added a little bit more cheese! We'll make this every year!

The cheese sauce was very good but I still don't like brussel sprouts.

This dish turned out great! The cheese sauce was perfect and would be delicious on other veggies too.

This was a wonderful change from the plain, buttered sprouts sprinkled with parmesan cheese that we've grown used to having. Everyone loved them and there were no leftovers! My grandson used his roll to get the last of the delicious cheese sauce from the bottom of the serving dish. It's a keeper!
