Absolutely delicious... if I had a vat of it I would bathe in it. Who cares if you microwave the carrots if the final product is this good... get over yourself! This is an excellent soup- one that I will make for years to come!

It's amazing that something this easy is also so delicious. This can be served chilled as well as hot -- great for a picnic.

I spent .99cents on a pound of baby carrots and another 2 dollars on the stock. The whole delicious soup was made in 10 minutes with a my microwave, blender and cost 3 dollars for 4 people. The taste is clean and very good.
