    Really good. Reminiscent of the yams my mom used to make out of the can with brown sugar and orange juice, but better. The citrus segments got lost in the sweet potatoes, though. I think I will skip them and just use store bought juice in the future.

    I brought it to our family Thanksgiving gathering and it was a hit.. Everyone loved it. It is now a family "tradition".
