Yippie! a recipe that uses dark meat instead of chicken breasts. I love dark meat and I love chicken legs. I've hard they are working on developing white meat chicken legs. Let's leave some dark meat for us dark meat lovers.

I followed the recipe as is, with the exception of cornflake crumbs, salt, and chicken drumsticks. I used Panko breadcrumbs, 1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, and four chicken breasts. We never eat chicken drumsticks, so what's in my freezer is always chicken breasts. I read other reviews that salt didn't work well, and used garlic salt instead. I used 1 1/2 teaspoon because I was afraid it would be too salty. It was the right amount for me. I didn't have cornflake crumbs, only Panko. This recipe was very easy to make. With the substitutions I made, the chicken turned out delicious. It was crispy on the outside, soft on in the inside, and there was a hint of juiciness to it as well. I was able to taste the flavors on the chicken. I can't believe how delicious it turned out. I will continue to make this dish, and I also like the fact that it's baked and not fried. Thank you.

I love this recipe BUT i use garlic salt instead of regular salt and i add more cayenne b.c we like it spicy. My only complaint is i use a boneless chicken breast and i have used egg and butter but it doesn't seem to stick very well??? and it comes out soggy on the bottom anyone have any helpful hints for me??

Crunchy! Full of flavors! Before he finished his meal, my husband asked that we make this dish a regular recipe in our household. I took the suggestion of Foamheart and instead of using eggs, I used Vegenaise mayo. It was a great success. I didn't have corn flakes so I used panko instead. Worked just as well.

Delicious, although I wish that I had read the reviews prior to making this recipe. I would have added onion powder or garlic salt for more flavor.

I put sea salt & red pepper on the chicken, then used mayo instead of eggs, adding a little squeezed garlic & onion juice to it. After coating the Chicken in the mayo mixture (it might have been easier to brush the mayo mixture on , rolling it in the corn flakes & cheese then baking.I was totally amazed at how great it turned out!
If you miss fried chicken because of special diet requierments, this is a great substitute.

Chicken turned out crispy and juicy. I would would add additional seasoning like garlic and onion powder or else it might turn out kind of bland. I also heavily crusted the chicken for extra crispiness.

This was a super easy and absolutely delicious recipe. My husband and I were blown away by how crispy and flavorful the chicken was. Goodbye fried chicken!! The breading in this recipe is very basic so it's easy to "dress up" to fit your tastes.
