Easy recipe. I didn't have cornflakes, so I used Rice Crispies. Worked great! Still yummy and easy.

This dish is so easy and has so much more flavor than I imagined. I did not have any cornflakes on hand so I used chex cereal, crushed. The next time I plan to increase the Cayenne as I like my chicken spicy!

I used bone-in chicken breast, about half the pepper and half the salt. It was just right for us (I have a 5 year old and a 3 1/2 year old, so I don't cook overly spicy. I wasn't sure how long to cook the chicken since the pieces were huge, but after about 1 hour 15 minutes, it was done and still juicy. We will definately make again.

I had to change a few things since I was only cooking 1 chicken Qrt. and I used crushed red peppers instead of cayenne but overall the taste was awesome and will use this recipe again!

I thought this was a very easy recipe and I was surprised by how good it was! The cayenne pepper definitely gave the chicken a kick! Instead of using three eggs to coat the chicken I added 1/4 cup of milk and two eggs, it worked out well and I added a tablespoon of dijon mustard to the cornflake mixture which added a nice flavor to the chicken. I will definitely make this recipe again!

This turned out very flavorful. I needed a lot more breading for the chicken than the recipe called for. I also adjusted the salt. It came out very salty if I followed the recipe. Will definitely make it again for anytime fried chicken is in order.

Easy to prepare and tasted great. I don't normally try a recipe for the first time on guests, but the reviews were so good that I took the risk. I thought we would definitely have left overs...all that was left was 1 drumstick! I did season the chicken lightly with some kosher salt and pepper before I dipped them in the egg. Also, we turned them mid way (the recipe says not to turn, so all sides were crispy. Excellent alternative to fried chicken!

Great staple for a weeknight dinner. I substituted 1 teaspoon of garlic salt for the salt, and next time I'm going to substitute 2 teaspoons.
    Delicious and crunchy!

This turned was yummy but a little dry, so check it after 45 minutes or so. I added some garlic salt and roasted red pepper flakes to the mixture for some extra flavor.
