    this recipe was absolutely delicious! it tasted like real fried chicken. i soaked my chicken in buttermilk for about 4 hours before i made the recipe - it made the chicken very moist and tender. i will definitely make this again.

    This chicken was crispy and delicious. The family loved it and it was just like eating fried chicken. I used boneless thigh meat, because that is what I had on hand.

    This was super easy to prepare and a healthy alternative to frying and for that reason I gave it 5 stars. The flavor is nice and I should have added the 2 teas. of salt instead of 1. Next time I will. I also used a combo of chicken breast and drums. Great!
