This chicken surprised me at how good it was. We used skinless boneless breasts cutinto thirds and baked it for 1/2 hour. I would also use 1/2 tsp. less salt. I'm making it again tonight!

I thought this was an easy to follow recipe. I am diabetic and I was told to find recipies that were easy to follow and that would be easy on my diet and this was definitly the one to do it.

My 9 year-old demolished the chicken leg and said wow! that was a good dinner. I wasn't sure about this dish but, it turned out great.

So easy to make and tastes better than KFC. This is made with skinnless chicken and I don't miss it at all. The chicken comes out so crispy and when you eat it cold you don't have that cold fat from the skin - just crispy and delicious. I also used skinless thighs - mmmmmmmm mmmmmmm.

This recipe was so delious and so easy to do. I highly commend this recipe. I made it for my family and i can not wait until i get to bring the chicken legs to a BBQ!!!!
