    This cucumber salad is refreshing and delicious. A nice side to a main course. Be sure to rinse the cucumbers well. The quantity is more than enough (depending on how many people you are serving and makes a good leftover the next day.

    I have not tried this recipe yet, but I am sure I will enjoy it, as I have always enjoyed Cece Carmichaels recipes. Was wondering why she is not on tv anymore. Loved her show. Hope she comes back.

    We have a bumper crop of cukes from our 4 plants, so this recipe has come in very handy. I like it because it is not too tart. A nice change from the vinegar laden salad my mother-in-law makes.

    I just love recipes which can be made ahead of time and the flavors blend in
    to the foods enhancment. This is one such recipe. Its a cool side dish for hot summers..just be sure to rinse the salt off during the first step... Also, if you're not use to using fresh dill, be sure to cut the dill up fine as it tends to clump up in wods if not fnely chopped.

    This is great extra for a picnic or grill party. Just be careful to rinse the cucumbers very well to remove the extra salt. I ended up adding a little more sugar because I wasn't careful. I will definitely make this again because it is easy and the ingredient list is short.
