I followed the recipe to the letter and my husband I had our best lamb meal ever! The marinade absolutely made the difference, the ribs were tasty, moist and tender. I will definitely add this recipe to my collection of favorites. Thank you.

My husband has always spoke about lamb in the negative but I tried this anyway. He loved it and my 9 year old, who only wants mac & cheese and hotdogs every day, actually was disappointed when there were none left to eat!!

Great! But only if you use the herbes de Provence. Please, do yourself a favor, if you don't have this spice GET SOME!

Well, First I roasted (325 for 1 hourthe lamb, I didn't like the texture. 1 hour later I decided to re-heat (low broil the chops for 3 minutes on each side. I know I didn't follow the cooking instructions, however I wanted to rate it anyway because everyone loved the flavor.

    Thank you!

The mix for the marinade sounded great, but after making it I feel there was way too much oil and not enough lemon. The meat was tender though, and my guest all said it was great. Personnaly though, I felt the heavy oil masked the flavor of the lamb. I suggest....same idea, just cut the oil in half and use more lemon juice.
