Great recipe. Thanks Tyler. Being German every now and then I enjoy a good Schnitzel.

This is made much more labor intensive than it needs to be and a lot of added fat. Using herb stuffing mix for the breadcrumbs would probably give it some flavor that just thyme, salt and pepper aren't going to deliver..

I lived in Germany for 3 years and found this to be as good or better than what I tried in the restaurants there. My whole family loves this recipe and I know I will make this again.

This was my first Schitzel ever, it was very easy and tasty. My family loved it, will definitely do again.

I've had pork schnitzel before and this tasted nothing like it; it didn't taste like anything at all. There was no flavour to it and I was just over all disappointed. I will not use this recipe ever again.

This was very good--moist inside with a crispy coating. With a healthy squirt of fresh lemon juice, it took me back to Germany, dining with my friends.

For a variation try adding a good amount of Paprika to the flour.

Goes well with Red Cabbage, Apple Sauce, and Spatzel.

This is so easy to make that I am doing it again tonight. Just logged on to find a good version of a noodle recipe to accompany it.

Easy to make. Served with braised red cabbage for a terrific meal!

Yum! Just like I remember when I was a kid. Add a little lemon juice on when they're done!
